Education - School Initiatives

Buyisa-e-Bag supports and promotes waste avoidance, reduction, recycling and reuse initiatives through awareness campaigns and provision of training to schools in previously disadvantaged communities around the country on an regular basis.

National Youth Empowerment Initiatives

The objective of these country wide Youth Empowerment Initiatives (workshops) is to provide young people with knowledge and skills that enable them to understand the importance of recycling, identify recycling projects, formalise existing or form cooperatives that can be supported by Buyisa-e-Bag and play a role in assisting our  Government job creation and poverty alleviation efforts.

Clean-Up Campaigns

Buyisa-e-Bag coordinates Clean-up Campaigns through partnerships with relevant stakeholders in various cities and towns around the country with the following objectives:

• Create community awareness, importance and benefits of preserving our environment through avoidance of littering and waste reduction

• Promote a clean and healthy environment for all

• Assist municipalities, schools, youth and the public at large to mantain a clean environment, as well as to identify and implement recycling projects
